The quality and quantity of the food with very friendly staff. The transfer service to the airport with spacious, high-quality bus. Ilker, who answered every question and request we had from our reservation to our arrival in a clear and helpful manner. During our stay, the receptionist Meduh was there to help us with everything too! The location! All major attractions and landmarks are within walking distance, and major public transportation points are almost at your fingertips.

Very good hotel at the heart of Old City Sultanahmet, 100m from the main road, 2 tram stations very close (Cemberlitas and Sultanahmet). Our room was at the 5th fllor with stunning view of Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque and Bosphorus. Deluxe double room was spacious enough for two adults and a child 3yo, with everyday cleaning and changing towels. Staff was helpful and kind, booked us a transfer to the airport at the price of 50e and printed our boarding passes. Breakfast was more than satisfying with a lot of options and a full view of Istanbul as it is served at the 6th floor. For about 100e per night its one of the best choices you can make. Would come back without any doubt.

The hotel is in a prime spot, just a short walk from many major historical attractions in Sultanahmet. Very convenient for sightseeing. Balcony View: The view from the balcony was truly stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. It added a special touch to the stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent—fresh, well-prepared, and offered a good variety to suit different tastes. Staff: The team was warm, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. Their hospitality made a great difference.

We had a 6th floor Bosphorous View room, with a balcony, which we paid a little extra for but was well worth it for the amazing view. Also it was very easy to get a table at breakfast with a panoramic view of the two main mosques and the Bosphorous and Golden Horn. The tram stop was only a very short walk away, as was the Grand Bazaar and many of the historic sites. Excellent location. The hotel had great character, decorated in traditional Ottoman style.

Location was excellent, within easy walking distance of all the main points of interest and easy accessibility to local transport. Whilst in the thick of it in terms of access, the hotel is set in a quiet square therefore not impacted by the inevitable city noise.
